1. Introduction

Welcome to Lodestone Immigration Services Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Lodestone Immigration Services Inc. provides immigration consulting services for individuals and families seeking to immigrate to Canada. Our services include but are not limited to consultation, application preparation, document review, and representation before Canadian immigration authorities.

3. Professional Standards

Our services are provided by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) who are members in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). We adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards in all our dealings.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Submitting all required documents in a timely manner
• Paying fees as agreed upon in the retainer agreement
• Responding promptly to requests for information or clarification
• Notifying us of any changes in circumstances that may affect their application

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services are outlined in the retainer agreement signed by the client. Fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in the retainer agreement. Government processing fees are separate from our professional fees and are subject to change by the Canadian government.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee the success of any immigration application. The final decision on all applications rests with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or other relevant government authorities.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable privacy laws. Client information will only be disclosed with client consent or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lodestone Immigration Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship as outlined in the retainer agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
